Use this guide after Oasis reviews your request. Your appointment is confirmed only after the service plan, final price, travel details, required forms, and any required deposit have been completed.

Complete only the intake, consent, and screening forms requested for your service. Additional preparation or aftercare instructions may be sent with your confirmation.
Open formsPay your deposit
If a reservation deposit is required, Oasis will send a secure PayPal payment link. The deposit is applied to your service total and is non-refundable under the cancellation policy. Oasis may waive the deposit for established clients.
Do not send card information by text or email. Only pay through the secure PayPal link sent with your confirmation.
Prepare the service area
For in-home appointments, provide accessible parking, a clean and private space, at least 6 by 3 feet for equipment, no stairs to climb, and a treatment area away from children and pets.
Watch for confirmation
Your appointment is not confirmed until Oasis sends written confirmation. Keep that message because it contains your service plan, amount due, preparation instructions, and contact details.
