Massage Therapy
Massage services
Therapeutic massage uses structured soft-tissue techniques to support comfort, mobility, circulation, relaxation, and recovery. Every session begins with your goals, pressure tolerance, health history, and any areas that should be avoided or modified.
Massage therapy is supportive wellness care and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Some health conditions, recent injuries, surgery, pregnancy considerations, blood clot history, skin changes, fever, or new pain may require modification, postponement, or clearance from a medical provider.
Deep Swedish Signature massage$160 / 60 min
Deep Swedish is the Oasis signature blend: slow Swedish-style flow combined with selective deeper pressure where the tissue is ready for it. This is often a good fit when you want relaxation and clinical bodywork in the same session, without jumping straight into an aggressive deep tissue treatment. Pressure is adjusted throughout the appointment, especially around bony areas, inflamed tissue, bruising, varicose veins, recent injuries, or areas that feel sharp, hot, numb, or unusually tender.
Swedish$120 / 60 min
Swedish massage is generally the best starting point for full-body relaxation, stress reduction, circulation support, and nervous-system calming. It uses lighter to moderate pressure with longer flowing strokes, kneading, and gentle movement. Choose Swedish when your body feels tense, tired, sensitive, stressed, or new to massage. You may not need deep tissue if the goal is relaxation, general soreness, sleep support, or calming the body rather than working a specific stubborn restriction.
Deep Tissue$150 / 60 min
Deep tissue massage is more focused work for persistent muscle tightness, restricted movement, repetitive strain, and chronic holding patterns. The pressure is firmer and slower, with attention to deeper layers of muscle and fascia. This is not the same as “harder Swedish.” Deep tissue may not be appropriate during acute inflammation, fever, recent surgery, fresh injury, unexplained swelling, fragile skin, blood clot risk, or when pain increases instead of easing. The goal is therapeutic change, not force.
Hot Stone$260 / 90 min
Hot stone massage uses smooth heated stones with massage techniques to warm the tissue, soften guarded muscles, and support deeper relaxation without forcing pressure. Heat is soothing for many clients, but it must be used carefully. This service may need to be modified or avoided with heat sensitivity, reduced sensation, neuropathy, uncontrolled high blood pressure, certain circulatory concerns, pregnancy considerations, open skin, inflammation, or recent injury.
Chair Massage$20 / 15 min
Chair massage is a clothed, seated option for short focused work on the neck, shoulders, back, arms, or hands. It works well for offices, events, production days, and clients who want quick relief without a full table setup. Because sessions are shorter, the goal is targeted comfort and nervous-system reset, not full assessment or deep corrective work.
Hand and Foot Spa Treatment$15-$30
This treatment uses salt or sugar scrub with focused hand, foot, and lower-leg care to exfoliate, soften, and refresh the skin. It is a lighter spa service, not medical foot care. Please mention diabetes, neuropathy, open skin, fungal concerns, skin irritation, wounds, or sensitivity before booking so the service can be modified or postponed when needed.
Add-onsPriced separately
Add-ons are meant to enhance the service you booked, not replace a full specialty service. They are reviewed with your selected appointment, health notes, and timing. Specialty requests may require final pricing after your appointment request is received.
