Sports Therapy
Recovery, mobility, and performance support.
Sports therapy is focused bodywork for active lifestyles, training recovery, mobility goals, repetitive strain, and muscle fatigue. Sessions are tailored to the client, the activity, and the stage of recovery.
Sports massage and stretching may support short-term soreness relief, flexibility, and recovery comfort, but they do not diagnose injuries. New swelling, sharp pain, loss of function, suspected fracture, blood clot concerns, concussion symptoms, fever, or unexplained pain should be evaluated by a medical provider first. Sports therapy may be considered for ages 13+ with parent or guardian consent.
Sports MassageBy session
Sports massage is goal-based massage for athletes, performers, active workers, and clients who move their bodies often. It may include focused soft-tissue work, compression, stretching, range-of-motion work, and recovery-focused pacing. It is commonly used to address delayed-onset muscle soreness, movement restriction, and post-activity fatigue, but it should be modified around acute injuries, inflammation, bruising, or symptoms that need medical evaluation.
Stretch TherapyBy session
Stretch therapy uses assisted stretching and controlled positioning to support range of motion, mobility, and body awareness. It should feel controlled, not forced. Stretching may be modified or avoided with joint instability, recent surgery, acute strains, severe pain, numbness, tingling, dizziness, or any condition where a provider has limited movement.
Neuromuscular$120 / 60 min
Neuromuscular work is focused soft-tissue therapy for trigger points, protective muscle guarding, and patterns that feel tight, stuck, or overactive. Pressure is specific and usually slower than a relaxation massage. This work is best for defined areas rather than a full-body spa flow, and it may be adjusted if the tissue is irritated, inflamed, bruised, or too sensitive that day.
Deep Tissue$150 / 60 min
Deep tissue in a sports setting is firm, targeted work for deeper muscle tension, overuse patterns, and stubborn restrictions. It is not meant to push through pain. If the area is acutely injured, hot, swollen, bruised, numb, or worsening, the session may shift to lighter supportive work or be referred out for medical evaluation.
Head, Neck, and Shoulder Focus$60 add-on
Focused upper-body work for posture fatigue, shoulder tension, jaw-adjacent tightness, desk strain, and stress-related holding patterns. Headache-related massage is supportive only; sudden, severe, new, or neurological headache symptoms should be medically evaluated before massage.
